1. Q - How do I place an order?

Payment Methods - We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, All transactions are secured.  Registered PayPal Users are welcome, but if you are not registered with PayPal you can still order from our site.  Simply fill in your name and address and proceed to the secured checkout.

2. Q - How much do you charge for shipping?
A - $3.00 for first book $.99 for each additional book.  Books ship USPS Media Mail, expect delivery in 2 to 4 weeks.  For faster shipping options please call our toll free number 800-296-0481 during regular business hours.

3. Q - What is your return policy?
A - Any book can be returned within 14 days.  Send to the following address:

We will reimburse you for the cost of the book (and applicable sales tax) and the cost of shipping the book to you.  You can send returns back via USPS Media Mail, 1st Class Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS.  We suggest you use a method that will allow you to track the package.

A - We have more than two dozen representatives in-house and in the field. To find out whom your representative is contact our offices at 800-296-0481 and ask for either Tom Doherty or Mike Tait.

1. Q - How do I submit my books for review?
A - We are looking for adult non-fiction book publishers and will be reviewing your line for product quality, author credentials and your marketing plan. So send us information that pertains to these elements of your line. You can start the process off by sending us this information via email along with a link to your website, if available. If you already have product or draft materials you can follow up by mailing the samples and requested information to our office. 2. Q - When should I submit my books for review?
A - It?s never too early, so send us the information we need as soon as it is available to you. We produce two catalogs per year featuring new products. To be included in our spring catalog we will need your submittal by August of the following year. To be included in our fall catalog we will need your submittal by February of that same year. So, do not delay, contact your prospective distributors as soon as product, author and marketing information is available.

3. Q - How long does the review process take?
A - We pass your information among several key decision makers and then meet to discuss new publisher submissions. The process can take between two days and two weeks in most cases. You are also welcome to call in and request an update on the process at any time.
