We create distribution strategies to fill the needs of small and midsize publishers. Although we require exclusivity in the retail bookstore and public library markets, we have a flexible approach when dealing in other markets. CPG will even pay our publishers a commission on sales made to customers outside the traditional trade market. Freeing you from the cumbersome back-room services of warehousing, fulfillment and collection, while providing you a second revenue stream. This strengthens our partnership, by making you a part of the team, and helps us both to achieve our shared goal of selling more books.

Some of our services include:

· Sales: Professional sales representation of frontlist and backlist titles to national and regional bookstore chains, and trade wholesalers servicing the public, private and school library markets. Sales representation to major independent retailers throughout much of the US. Direct representation to public libraries throughout Indiana and Michigan, as well as parts of Illinois and Ohio. Your titles also receive regular backlist sales reviews with major retail and wholesale customers.

· Warehousing: You retain ownership of your books, but CPG will store them in our safe and modern warehouse facility, and insure them for their paper, print and bind value.

· Fulfillment: CPG handles all of your pick and pack from the small single copy sale to an individual to the large orders shipping to wholesalers. Our fulfillment rate is exceptional, and your orders are processed quickly and efficiently.

· Collections: CPG guarantees payment to you on all the orders we bill on a prescribed schedule, regardless of our ability to collect on time.* We accept all major credit cards, as well as other payment methods.

· Title File: CPG has a dedicated title file specialist who can handle all of your title file needs by posting your title(s) information on the major wholesaler, retailer, Internet and industry data bases. This service is free to all distribution CPG clients, and available to any publisher on a fee basis - call for details.

· Sales Reports: As a distribution client you will receive regular monthly reports on sales and inventory, at no charge. We can also provide you with custom reports, most of which do require a charge. If you have a detailed and special need for a certain type of report, which we can not readily provide we will share the cost of producing these reports for you.

· Consultation: Free to distribution clients we are often consulted on issues such as, print run quantities, reprints, packaging, and marketing.

· Catalog: We include your products in our catalog, which comes out twice a year, for only a small fee to help defer the cost of production. We never use the production of our catalog as a profit center. Each catalog is distributed to thousands of independent retailers and libraries.

· Trade Shows: Your books are displayed at the Book Expo America Show and the American Library Association show each year, as well as other shows which may prove benificial. You are not charged for this representation, unless you request a special display.

· Co-op: CPG pays part of your trade advertising costs, with prior approval.
